What is the most important thing a potential buyer will want in buying this business?

In other words, how do we need to position this business to be the most attractive to a potential buyer - what do they care about the most and how can we make sure we create that into this business?

Drive-thru Take & Bake Pizza!

Concept:

A drive-thru retail stand located in strategic areas offering delicious take & bake pizza.

The main marketed benefits will be:

Fresh - a pizza with fresh ingredients made right when the customer orders it. They can take it home and bake in their own oven. This way they get the best fresh and hot pizza available.

Fast - Since there is no baking involved, pizzas can be made quickly when the customer orders it and they can drive away with a "fresh & fast" pizza.

Convenient - No baking involved and no dining area means retail drive-thru location can be relatively small (comparable to a large espresso stand). The small retail "footprint" opens up more potential sites to choose from as well as optimum sites that may have otherwise been out of consideration due to size constraints.

Goal:

Put a cool dent in the pizza universe by creating this company as fast as possible, positioning it to be bought out as fast as possible - hopefully, in one to three years.
